Gaming Systems is tasked with crafting and delivering outstanding product and technical training for Aristocrat's suite of gaming systems. Within the Learning and Development Division, this position focuses on improving product knowledge, technical skills, and operational proficiency among internal teams and external clients.
This role delivers engaging learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and on-site instruction. The Trainer collaborates closely with Content Developers, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure all training programs are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs. The Trainer plays a key role in supporting product adoption, operational readiness, and continuous learning within the Gaming Systems organization.
What You'll Do
Training Delivery and Facilitation
* Deliver effective, engaging, and interactive training sessions for internal employees and Gaming Systems customers.
* Conduct both in-person and remote training, including certification programs, onboarding, and role-based product instruction.
* Translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations tailored to the learner's level of understanding.
* Assess training participants through evaluations, exercises, and feedback mechanisms to ensure learning objectives are met.
* Provide professional and responsive communication with learners before, during, and after training engagements.
Training Design and Collaboration
* Work alongside Content Developers and other trainers to build and improve training materials, such as guides, visuals, activities, and e-learning content.
* Gather and analyze learner feedback and incorporate improvements into future training.
* Participate in pilot sessions, beta releases, and internal reviews to ensure content quality and accuracy.
* Work closely with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to verify training aligns with evolving system capabilities and field use cases.
Technical and Product Knowledge
* Maintain a solid working knowledge of Oasis Gaming Systems, functionality, and system interactions.
* Demonstrate understanding of key concepts such as networking fundamentals, virtualization, and system configuration.
* Build and manage mock training environments to simulate real-world system scenarios for learners.
* Stay current on gaming technology trends, system updates, and customer use cases to ensure training remains relevant and effective.

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in technical training, product training, or customer education.
* Experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, or Technology industries preferred.
* Familiarity with Casino Management Systems, CRMs, or related enterprise software is an advantage.
* Working technical knowledge in:

A Day In The Life:
This role is so much fun! Daily, you'll have the opportunity to train new dogs -- from puppy age to dogs who need some more reminders. You'll ask their parents about goals and what they want to solve. You'll spend time playing detective -- observing behaviors of your new friend and solving the mysteries of how to train them best. Eventually, you'll use the resources we've already built to craft a plan for how to train that dog and solve their parent's concerns. Don't forget -- sometimes you'll have to train the parents too. You'll not only communicate with the dog(s), but also have a lot of interaction with mom and dad. You'll document what you are seeing and offer tips and tricks to solve. And let's not forget -- you're probably going to scoop some poop, clean up some pee, go home with some fur on you and get lots of sloppy kisses!

Essential Duties:
Facilitate core curriculum learning programs for a specific business unit using a variety of delivery methods to promote learning transfer
Provide feedback and recommendations to team managers on training status
Participate in Curriculum Walk Through and Train-the-Trainer sessions in order to prepare for the new training material - will require shadowing of day-to-day work of employees to help understand roles
Design and create robust training material, self-identified or assigned
Assists in the design and development of new learning courses or revisions of current courses on Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required: Current CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
Required: Current CPI certification within 30 days of employment
Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Position Summary
This is a non-supervisory role that is responsible for managing the daily new employee onboard and post new employee onboarding program. Develop and conduct training programs for the plant employees. Coaching the facility toward a successful implementation of NEO/post NEO and cross training development. This will involve classroom and on-the-job training.
Accountabilities:
Coordinate training requirements with Production, HR and Safety Departments
Teach/Train in NEO and Manage schedule for New Employee Onboarding (NEO)
Implement Post NEO
Ensure new hires are being trained properly
Monitor data on new hire progress including Trainer/Trained documents, toll gate, completion, etc.
Manage day to day activities in fundamentals skills cells (DOJO)
Ensure paperwork in cell is updated, including training matrix, 6S audits, safety audits, etc.
Conduct on the job training for all newly hired employees
Develop effective Bilingual training programs to include machine operation, safety, and quality
Coordinate training with department Supervisors and Managers
Maintain All Training records
Develop training materials to include booklets, transparencies, computer based presentations
Monitor training process to evaluate effectiveness
Crossed trained with HR and Safety functions
Effectively communicate change with all level of employees
Communicate progress to departmental Supervisors, Managers, General Manager and HR Manager
Must participate in exercise program
Must participate in ‘Physical Inventory' as scheduled
Must be familiar with all areas/positions in the plant
Participate as a Safety Committee member
Any other duties may be assigned
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours.

The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment.
Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
Assist in front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Check members into the system.
New member sign-up.
Take prospective members on tours.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements

Upbeat and positive attitude.
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
