Schedule

HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Purpose Statement: Provide training coordination and administrative duties in support of activities and programs provided by the site technical training team.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Manage site training materials and schedule.Cornerstone and orientation training administration.Managing responses to training inquiries.Manage compliance to current training matrix requirements and updates.Communicate site training metrics.
Additional Accountabilities:
Administer and coordinate system support related to training activities such as course entry, participant enrollment, and course closeout.Manage customer specific training needs scheduling.Site training course assessments.Create and distribute communications related to training activities.Work independently; set work priorities, plan workload, and make routine decisions.Maintain training supply levels, re-ordering supplies using cost effective vendors as necessary.Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated <5%).Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
A minimum of an Associate's degree is required; an Associate's degree in Business is preferred. Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Job Summary:
Under routine supervision, this position is responsible for teaching new drivers the J.B. Hunt mission and values and onboarding them into the J.B. Hunt driver network using the SMITH System. They are responsible for holistically onboarding J.B. Hunt drivers including meet and greets, paperwork, teaching of systems, and integrating them into the J.B. Hunt network. They conduct check rides with new drivers ensuring DOT compliance. This position is the first sign-off point before truck is assigned.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: • Composing pertinent electronic documentation for safety and compliance personnel using internal and external systems required for Company policies and DOT regulations. • Conducting Driver Log Reviews (DOT Hours of Service) and check rides with drivers to ensure compliance, safe vehicle operation, and fully documenting all counseling and training received . • Providing education and training for new and current drivers including DOT and state regulations, DOT Hours of Service, company policies and procedures. • Testing equipment/assets as needed in accordance with specific certification. • File paperwork ensuring accuracy of documentation in various systems . • Communicate with Driver Personnel, Safety, Operations and the driver to ensure all onboarding processes are completed. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
