Responsible for the selection, scheduling, and development of pharmacy technician personnel. Leads training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians. Makes decisions regarding performance management including discipline and termination. Customer Experience Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer complaints, helps respond to customers' requests in a timely manner and answers non-clinical questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Models and shares customer service best practices. Develops strong relationships with customers by anticipating customer needs and proactively offering services to provide the best experience possible when using the pharmacy. Enhances customer experience by increasing focus on healthcare services. Participates in key store/pharmacy meetings, including 5-minute meetings and weekly check-ins with the Store Manager Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico). Has one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours. Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Pharmacy locations) Preferred Qualifications Previous people management/ leadership experience. Support FRWDB in becoming an approved HiSET testing center by coordinating with the testing vendor, helping ensure compliance with testing and proctoring requirements, assisting with site readiness, scheduling, and day-of-test logistics, and providing ongoing operational support so WIOA clients have a local, reliable option to complete high school equivalency testing. Design, document, and manage standardized non-ETPL training pathways for WIOA-enrolled clients at FRWDB one-stop locations. This includes developing clear processes for client referral, enrollment, tracking and completion; creating job-readiness, digital skills, and short-form trainings; and ensuring these offerings are aligned with WIOA requirements and FRWDB performance goals. The Personal Training Director is responsible for the successful attainment of fitness and supplement revenue goals. To achieve these objectives the Personal Training Director will: • Ensure that all Personal Trainers are delivering high quality programs to their clients • Develop weekly work schedules for fitness staff. Ensure that staff properly records their Time & Labor • Ensure that staff comply with Time and Labor guidelines, and manage overtime in accordance with company guidelines. • Provide member service and support related to fitness servicing issues. • Assist members and encourage their involvement in fitness services. • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue objectives set forth by the Company with regards to Fitness services and Supplements • Hire, Train and develop new Personal Trainers • Regularly train staff on industry updates and teach Personal Trainers to be continually successful and ensure that all clients are trained professionally SALES AND SERVICE [20% OF TIME: CLUB SPECIFIC] • Knowledge of Crunch Certified Fitness Program including program software (dot FIT, ABC/ Datatrak, Crunch-U, VFP, Styku, Where applicable). Position guides the manufacturing of all products manufactured within the site including AM operations. This role will drive the safe execution of site performance to customer quality and delivery expectations in a manner that meets productivity and cost commitments. This position will have accountability for multiple operations departments, which may include fabrication, welding, sub-assembly, assembly, and/or test. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Supervise plant manufacturing operations including, but not limited to; sheet metal, fabrication, welding, coil fabrication, assembly, testing to safely meet productivity, cost, and quality targets.
