Job Description: ServiceNow Training Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Training Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting the ServiceNow platform through requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of modules, with a particular focus on automating NIST RMF activities. The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to increase adoption and optimize the use of ServiceNow capabilities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
* 1+ years experience teaching, training, or facilitating employee onboarding

* Ability to present to a group effectively, virtual presentation experience required
* Track record of identifying and adapting to individuals' unique learning styles and needs effectively and compassionately
* Strong interpersonal and observational skills in order to evaluate/monitor quality and progress of Care Pros
