Summary of Essential Job Responsibilities:
* Works with and communicates closely with the warehouse team

Requirements
* 1 year warehouse experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilites:
Aligns parts or positions them against fixtures on a machine.
Stacks, racks, wraps, counts component or finished goods for placement onto skids.
Inspects parts according to requirements.
Use of calipers, tape measure, measuring fixtures and gauges.
Ability to use computer to log production documentation into Epicor software.
Ability to set-up and program Press Brakes, CNC Milling Machines, Fiber Optic Lasers & Rolls Equipment.
Ability to trouble shoot and make machine adjustments to assure dimensional compliance of parts.
Maintain production rate numbers and perform machine change overs in the appropriate time.
Familiar with working with a variety of materials including, Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum & Stainless.

Job Description
The Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the production team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with various production tasks. This role involves handling finished products, conducting basic quality testing, and providing assistance to operators and technicians as needed, including tasks such as cutting out air and setting up treatments. Additionally, the Assistant ensures that all tasks on the end-of-shift paperwork are completed for each line before the end of the shift. They also understand and follow all BRC, GMP, and PPE policies and ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures.
Responsibilities

* Support technicians with bubble start procedures at the beginning of production runs, including assisting with screen changes and die lip cleanings as necessary.
* Aid in shutdown procedures and cleaning tasks at the end of production runs.
* Assist with cutting out air and setting up treatments as required to ensure a smooth transition into production on the line.

POSITION SCOPE: This position is responsible for the procurement of raw materials. This position also provides support for routing and receiving as necessary; the daily priority of work will be 1) Purchasing, 2) Routing and 3) Receiving. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Place purchase orders for raw materials, as directed within the limits of purchasing authority to support production.
* Support internal customers by providing information regarding order status and product availability.
* Support departmental inquiries.
* Manage day to day supplier performance to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
* Monitor delivery schedules and inform persons affected by any late deliveries.
* Support vendor performance measurements and tracking metrics links to business goals and objectives.
* Coordinate return/cancellations purchase orders for MRP.
* Search out, investigate and develop potential alternate suppliers and maintain the approved supplier list.
* Have full comprehension of manufacturing system's purchasing procedures. Follow purchasing guidelines as established for this location and Corporate Supply Chain.
* Create and update routings as required to support manufacturing needs
* Implement new methods and routings/bill of materials to improve quality and productivity.
* Perform make vs buy vs farm out decisions based on manufacturing capability, cost lead times, and quality.
* Participate in product quality decisions for farmed out fabricated components.

* Pull PO from file, sign and verify physical delivery of goods

* Audit packing slip against PO to determine if delivery received is complete
* Notify and follow up with person requisitioning product to deliver goods to designated area
* Receive goods into SAP workflows and review those PO's that require revising
* File the packet in the PO file (GR slip, packing slip and PO)
* Unpack deliveries, verify product received vs PO item and quantity. Receive items in SAP, contact vendor regarding discrepancies. Pull PO (or reprint) and assemble w/packing slip for GR for 3-way filing
* File Paperwork
* For storeroom parts, label; non-storeroom parts, label package with PO #, date and contact recipient. Place on shelving
* Entrance security-verifies all visitors, contractors, vendors & delivery drives at Door C
* Prepare packages for UPS nightly pick-ups
* Support Storeroom RCM and compliance
* Other duties as assigned

Job Summary
The Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Coordinator is responsible for tasks related to safety and environmental hazards in the workplace as well as administrative needs for recordkeeping, audits and permits.
Responsibilities
* Promote a zero-injury safety culture by providing guidance and coaching to grow the leadership team, plant operations, and plant safety committees. Promote safe work behaviors and foster a safety culture that keeps the safety of employees at the forefront of our business.
* Continually improve, evaluate, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to protect employees and comply with company, state, federal and local regulations.
* Manage facility workplace incident investigations to include responding to and reporting all incidents, incident investigations, determine root cause, establishing recurrence prevention plans, and follow through.
* Develop and update Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
* Plan, schedule, coordinate and conduct safety orientation training. Identify, further develop and deliver training programs in a manner that raises employee's awareness and enables employees and supervisors to work safely.
* Maintain all relevant EHS logs and documentation.
* Administer plant safety and environmental initiatives and lead continuous improvement efforts in those areas, utilizing effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Oversee hazardous waste storage area, waste reduction monitoring and ensure regulatory agency compliance, labeling, containments, proper disposal and documentation.
* Ensure all new materials and supply orders include Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and evaluate new raw materials for facility use considering safety and regulatory factors.
* Conduct auditing to monitor progress of EHS improvement and compliance. Leverage the data and findings to implement true root cause corrective actions.
* Conduct regular safety walks of work areas to identify and eliminate potential safety risks and talk to the personnel to identify their concerns. Communicate safety and health issues to the workers in a manner to help them understand why they are important and addressing them is for their benefit.
* Assist in emergency response and provide first aid guidance.

**JOB FUNCTIONS**
Operate or tend a printing machine and folder/gluer machine that transforms paperboard into various consumer packaging products.
+ **Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:**
+ Ability to read and interpret job jacket information on upcoming jobs on production schedule.
+ Responsible for locating sheeted board and comparing label on skid with job jacked to ensure correct material.
+ Operates pallet jack to move skids from raw material warehouse to press room.
+ Loads skids of sheeted board on press conveyer and maintains conveyer during entire production run.
+ Responds to Pressman with any special request during press make ready, monitors press feed during press runs.
+ Responsible for filling all press chemicals, loading inks, putting away inks when done with job and refilling process inks on press shelf when needed.
+ Understand the importance of environmental responsibilities and proper disposal of press waste.
+ Responsible for ensuring all used rags are disposed of in rag bin and that the lid remain closed
+ Removes any full AQ/Fountain solution flush water drums from press to Non-Hazardous waste staging area.
+ Ensures that any new drum used to collect waste at the press are properly labeled.
+ Responsible for cleaning ink knives, cleaning ink fountains, cleaning water buckets, cleaning any coater spills, cleaning washer blades and keeping the press area in a clean state, as well as emptying all garbage bins in press area.
+ Responsible for picking up used rags and gloves in press area, changing rag bag when full and maintaining stack of clean rags for use on the press.
+ Assists the pressman in any maintenance of the press.
+ Follows all company safety requirements.
+ Comply with all company rules and regulations.

Required Skills:

**POSITION SCOPE:** This position is responsible for the procurement of raw materials. This position also provides support for routing and receiving as necessary; the daily priority of work will be 1) Purchasing, 2) Routing and 3) Receiving.
