The MPD Funding Coach shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position will be part of the S.E.A.L. team (Support, Encouragement, Accountability, and Leadership) to teach, reinforce and resource Navigators in biblical support raising.
Funding Coach 85%
+ Onboard and prepare assigned participants and their supervisors for their MPD Coaching Program
+ Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to assigned participants MPD Coaching Programs (MPD Sprints and MPD 10Ks)
+ Assess participants fundraising needs and provide accurate support to help them accomplish full funding
+ Lead assigned participants in weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on the MPD Coaching Program) cohort video calls following the curriculum provided.
+ Lead weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on the MPD Coaching Program) one-to-connect video calls with individual assigned participants following the curriculum provided.
+ Initiate additional communication as needed via phone, text, email, and video calls to motivate, equip and provide accountability as participants work towards full funding.
