This position is Union Hourly. **Responsibilities:** - Use power pneumatic and hand tools. - Operate fork trucks and hoists. - Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line in the plant in accordance with predetermined methods and sequences. - In accordance with company policy and the union contract, assemblers must also be able and willing to meet these essential job requirements: - Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met. - Work multiple jobs both within and outside the assigned product area. - Use all required safety gear and equipment. - Comply with all established plant rules and policies. - Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. - 1st, 2nd, and weekend shift available. - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. - Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience. - Ability to read, write, and follow assembly directions, work order packets, and safety instructions in English. - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future - Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required. **Pay and Benefits:** - Starting wage: $24.85 - Second & Weekend Shift Premium - Vacation - upon completion of probationary period. - PTO/Sick Leave - After 6 months. - 401K Match - Medical - upon completion of probationary period. What you will do: * Responsible for using available collection software tools to assist in executing effective strategies and initiatives to achieve continuous receivable delinquency improvement that contributes to a lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). * Ensures timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, questions, documentation issues, billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, program changes, new sale requests and opportunities. * Proactively contact customers concerning collections of past due receivables and determine reasons for non-payment. Make decision to place account on credit hold when the situation arises.
