This Technical Product Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining and testing product data, pricing, rules & notes for products in our Unitary portfolio, including the Mitsubishi/Trane Joint Venture and other products, based on business needs. This work supports software programs used by the field sales organization, as well as external customers, to select Trane Commercial Systems equipment. It also supports the tools used by commercial sales offices to price, generate documents such as proposals and submittals, and ultimately to order Trane equipment. This position requires a detailed-oriented person who works well both independently and in a team setting. Must have good written communication skills to clearly communicate product selection and ordering requirements to both internal Trane personnel and external customers.

Oversee implementation, maintenance, and auditing of configuration management and bill of materials across multiple systems to ensure data integrity.

Objectives
* Develop, interpret and administer employee health, wellbeing and preventative health services.
* Coordinate and manage medical surveillance and training as it relates to the Corporate Medical Services, Be Well and Environmental Health and Health (EHS) requirements.
* Facilitate care/case management for work and non-work-related employee illness and injury.
* To collaborate with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to develop, implement, and optimize injury and accident prevention programs as well as surveillance and reporting programs specific to operational needs.

Case Management
* Workers' Compensation
* Coordinate referrals to other providers, including scheduling appointments, attending doctors' appointments with the employee as necessary, assisting with transportation needs, as necessary, etc.

Qualifications
* Associates and/or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum five (5) years' experience in commercial construction.
* HVAC installation knowledge/experience is preferred
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Must be detail oriented
* Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
* Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes and subcontract management.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to
* DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Compensation:
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $100,000 / annually. Please Note: This position is overtime eligible.

Trane in Nashville, TN is hiring for an Equipment Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be closely interacting with customers, account manager(s), other assigned project managers, technicians and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned estimates and project execution. Responsibilities include technical selection and pricing of equipment for each project. Must be able to provide estimating support to the equipment sales team.

**Where is the work:**
From **Monday to Thursday** , work onsite with your colleagues. On **Fridays** , choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
**What you will do:**
+ Responsible for reviewing Plans & Specifications and developing cost estimates, ensuring accuracy of quantity, size, configuration, voltage, options, etc. of Trane materials, sub-contractors, non-Trane purchased equipment, labor (start-up, service work, etc.), and other construction-related activities to assist Account Managers in bidding projects.
+ Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing facility-related solutions for the customer's problems.
+ Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet the entire customer's HVAC system design and installation requirements.
+ Develops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions with Account Manager, Project Manager, Sub-contractor, Supplier, and/or customer.
+ Coordinates selection, pricing, and integrates equipment, controls, and services for each project.
+ Prepares, finalizes, and reviews preliminary and/or final proposal complete. Prepares equipment submittals and validates equipment selection.
+ Assist Account Manager determine proposal price, selling strategy, and develop project fulfillment schedule with project team.
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor's or Associates degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related study; or one (1) to three (3) years' of related experience with estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC or construction management; or equivalent combination of education and industry related experience.
+ Strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment with attention to detail.
+ Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
+ Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
+ Must be able to travel locally on occasion and possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
+ DUI in the previous 3 years
+ Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
**Compensation:**
Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000 / annually. Please note: this position is overtime eligible.
