KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Operations teams, clients, and prospects to identify and qualify opportunities
• Design solutions and develop project scopes in partnership with clients, trade partners, LSPs, and the MTG Design team
• Solicit competitive material pricing and manage timely material delivery, return, and credit
• Solicit any equipment rental pricing and manage timely delivery and return
• Solicit labor bids when utilizing subcontract labor (typically for remote projects)
• Prepare accurate project estimates by determining materials, labor, equipment requirements, and associated costs
• Utilize MTG-created templates to create comprehensive proposals, SOWs, warranty statements, and other project-related documents
• Oversee and direct execution of low-voltage/technology work, specifically for Fire Alarm and Security-related projects
• Direct workforce and ensure adherence to plans, schedules, contract specifications, applicable codes, safety programs, and best trade practices
• Proactively manage all costs of the project to meet or exceed set profit margin expectations
• Accurately track and enter opportunities in a timely manner to support revenue and workforce planning efforts
• Work closely with Operations administrative staff to enter and maintain administrative details in the ERP
• Work closely with the Finance department to meet project AR and AP responsibilities
• Maintain knowledge of industry technology/products, standards, requirements, and processes
• Other related and organizational duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of projectmanagement experience in the low-voltage industry
• Proven experience designing, estimating, and projectmanaging fire alarm systems, intrusion, video surveillance, and access control installations
• Ability to travel up to 15%

We are seeking an experienced Senior ProjectManager to lead offshore delivery for a greenfield, frontend-heavy digital Learning Management System for a US-based automotive client. This role requires a strong technology background, hands-on project execution skills, and an excellent grasp of AI-enabled tools, CMS integrations, and modern projectmanagement practices.
The PM will be responsible for hands-on project planning, delivery governance, and execution, while enabling seamless collaboration between onsite and offshore teams to deliver predictable outcomes within fixed scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end offshore delivery for the LMS program, covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Establish and run project governance with US-based customer stakeholders, including weekly/bi-weekly status reviews, risk reviews, and executive governance meetings.
Plan and facilitate workshops (requirement walkthroughs, planning, retrospectives, release readiness) with business, product, and engineering teams.
Manage team work allocation, capacity planning, and utilization across frontend, backend, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
Drive detailed delivery tracking using modern projectmanagement and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, MS Project, Slack/Teams).
Oversee delivery of frontend-heavy and AI-enabled features, including CMS integrations for learning content and workflows.

Strong technical background, especially in frontend-intensive application development built from scratch.
Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking.
Solid understanding of AI tools, GenAI concepts, and AI-assisted delivery workflows.
Proven experience with CMS platforms and enterprise integrations.
Expertise in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models.
Strong experience managing fixed scope, budget, and timeline engagements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working with US-based customers in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
