Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve manufacturing processes. **Qualifications:** + Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. + Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. + Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, etc.). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
