Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
* 7+ years of claims management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Expertise in property & casualty, cargo, and workers' compensation claims, particularly in the transportation industry.
* Experience managing large deductible and/or self-insured retention programs.
* Strong knowledge of complex tort litigation and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools.
* Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
