Fellow employees
Leadership overworks staff, instead of hiring. People are worked incredibly hard with little to no recognition. Work life balance is hard to maintain because there aren’t enough people for the workload.
Ability to work remotely
Senior leaders change frequently. We currently have leaders in all leadership roles formerly from Lincoln National. They are attempting to recreate that world here at Transamerica knowing full well they were booted because it failed at National
Stop overworking and underpaying people. Treat them like they have value and stop pushing so many projects that can’t be supported. Make leadership approachable without retribution.
Learned about the company
Lower than average in this industry. Financially not well off despite what they say. Employees are paid less in a desperate attempt to keep the ship afloat.
