Don Scott is the Chief Financial Officer at Certify Data Systems. Don has more than 30 years’ corporate experience in finance, operations and management, including executive roles as CFO, COO and CEO in various high-tech enterprises. He is also an angel investor in, and consultant to, a number of technology ventures, and sits on various boards of directors and advisory boards. Don spent 12 years at EMU Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Creative Labs, serving as COO, CFO and ultimately as president & CEO. Prior to that, he held a variety of Senior Financial and Operational Management positions with Xerox Corporation and its subsidiary companies. 10 years as CFO of Versatec, Inc., a leading provider of engineering graphics products. Don has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics. An MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester, New York.

Jeff Rideout is a Member:Faculty at Haas School of Business - UC Berkeley; Consulting Professor at Stanford University; and Board Member at Amedisys, Inc.. He has experience at RelayHealth Corp and Booz Allen Hamilton and has worked as Senior VP:Cost & Care/CMO at TRIZETTO GROUP INC, Head:Quality Management at WELLPOINT HEALTH NETWORKS INC, and Chief Medical Officer at Blue Shield of California. Jeff works or has worked as FELLOW at American Coll of Physicians and BOARD MEMBER at Hope Solutions. He studied at Stanford University, Harvard Medical School, and University of Oxford.

Work with organizations to migrate them from an informal product development structure to a professional structure scalable to enterprise customers. Define customer-focused software product strategy. Research, propose and execute tactical plans to achieve strategic goals. Build/hire and lead product management, product development, product support and quality assurance groups.
