TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full time Database Administrator II to join our team in Houston, Texas. Job Summary: The Database Administrator II provides day-to-day and on-call first line technical support for our Infinity production installations. Troubleshoots and follows through-to-resolution issues concerning the application and the database. This position will involve ensuring the database systems are configured and deployed properly with the correct parameters, configurations, SW versions and performance settings, will develop and optimize stored procedures, and will analyze the flow of the data throughout the system to validate it is functioning properly. Will analyze and assure proper database performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Owns and executes daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, monitoring application performance, backups, replication and data restore, creating and granting logins and support procedures of supported SQL-based infrastructure systems.
Responsible for the development and sustainment of the SQL Server Data Warehouse, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance), executing data loads, and performing data modeling.
Design and create Fact and Dimension tables; involve in maintaining and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
Create and maintain proper documentation of all the SSIS and SSRS reports.
Conduct analysis on data to answer important business questions and forecast business threads.
Ensure that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
Provide first line of software/database support for our Infinity installations during normal business and off hours.
Provide support to current deployments and processes, contributing to new requests for enhancements, troubleshooting existing processes and validating system requirements.
Develop and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures and functions to support system operations and customer requirements.
Experienced in HADR features like AlwaysOn implementation and troubleshooting.
Create required database indexes, index management, and maintain statistics.
Troubleshoot and resolve database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, connectivity issues, and security issues.
Monitor current system installations for performance degradation and perform preventative and corrective cleanup activities to assure proper functioning of the database systems.
Develops technical procedures, scripts and associated documentation to improve existing processes and implement new ones.
Support Production, Data Warehouse, Development and QA Environments.
Analyze Transaction Data Reports and reconcile data differences.
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
Requirements and QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5+ years of professional experience in SQL Server Database Administration, Development and Data Warehouse configuration.
Expertise in creating PowerShell scripts for automating repetitive SQL Server tasks.
Expertise in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
Experience configuring and managing SQL Server Always-On Availability Groups.
Experience with side-by-side and/or in-place Database Migration/Upgrade.
Experience on working with data warehouse environment.
Experience with using SQL Server tools and system stored procedures.
Have firsthand experience with Dynamic SQL.
Have experience with 3rd party tools like RedGate and SCOM.
Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization.
Highly motivated team player who can establish excellent working relationships with peers and other teams.
Ability to understand business requirements and estimate for delivery commitments.
Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
Willing to take part in 24/7 on-call rotations and shift rotations, if required.

YOUR ROLE
CEVA Global Internal Audit (GIA) is an independent function whose primary mission is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight.
You will be responsible for leading and executing internal audit engagements mainly across Americas in accordance with the annual group internal audit plan. The annual plan includes reviews of various types (operational, financial, compliance, IT) and perimeters (legal entities, corporate functions, operational sites, projects). This will allow you to obtain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the group and business in a relatively short timeframe.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Execute (and lead) audit engagements of various types in accordance with the annual audit plan and specific requests from stakeholders.
* Audit Preparation: i) retrieve & analyze data and applicable policies, ii) perform focused interviews to develop a risk-based audit working program adapted to the scope and objectives of the assigned review.
* Audit Fieldwork: Perform interviews, controls and analytical tests in accordance with the developed audit working program and group internal audit methodology. Draft and share with auditees the audit preliminary conclusions.
* Audit Reporting: Drafting the audit report outlining the issues and gaps identified. For all findings, the report will include detailed root cause analysis, associated risks and recommendations. Remediation action plans proposed by the auditees will also be included.
* Audit Debriefing: Debrief local and top management (up to CEO) as needed.
* Audit Follow-up: Regular follow-up of action plans agreed with auditees to ensure risks related to the identified gaps are under control.
* As mission leader: in collaboration with the Hub Internal Audit Manager, define the audit's scope and schedule in accordance with the objectives. Define and assign to each auditor a part of the audit work scope. Coordinate and monitor the progress of the audit works for the whole audit team to ensure audit objectives are met (schedule and scope). Be the primary interface for both the Hub Internal Audit Manager and Auditees from the audit preparation to the follow-up phase.
* Audit Methodology: identify and propose changes and improvements to the internal audit methodology (e.g., test, deliverables) to ensure the audit approach is adapted to the evolution of the internal and external contexts (e.g., deployment of new IT operational systems, enforcement of new regulations).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
* CIA (certified internal auditor) professional certifications are highly appreciated. CPA (or equivalent) CISA are a plus.
* At least 3 years of working experience in internal audit of multinational groups (preferred). Experience in renamed external audit firms is a plus.
* Exposure to international environment (short- or long-term assignments)
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Rigorous, with a focus for detail. Able to take a step back and identify the wider picture.
* Great team player with the ability to take the initiative and work independently.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on-time.
* Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral).
* Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly appreciated.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Willing and able to travel as needed for business (up to 30%).

YOUR ROLE
Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of CEVA fleet equipment by cost effective and timely coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance that will maximize equipment availability and customer service. Responsible for selecting and coordinating with vendors based on cost efficiencies and vendor qualifications to perform the needed tasks. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Source vendors to perform repairs on CEVA fleet equipment on road breakdowns and at CEVA and customer locations.
* Analyze and select vendors based on cost efficiencies, qualifications to perform the needed repairs and timely availability.
* Process vendor invoices for approval by the Director Vehicle Maintenance and input into the iProcurement payables system.
* Analyze vendor invoices and audits for proper charges.
* Validate maintenance work billed by vendor was performed.
* Maintain files of CEVA equipment to include copying, filing or scanning of invoices in keeping with DOT requirements.
* Track equipment involved in accidents/incidents, including acquiring bids for repair and selecting appropriate vendor and awarding repair bids.
* Track warranty repairs and file warranty claims with appropriate vendor or vehicle manufacturer.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR ROLE
As the Program Director, you will lead the strategic planning, governance, and execution of a nationwide deployment of Manhattan WMS and Order Management Systems (OMS) across 50+ CEVA-operated warehouse sites over the next 3 to 7 years. You will be accountable for building and managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful integration with customer IT systems, delivering site-level execution, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
This high-visibility role requires strong leadership, technical fluency with Manhattan products, and deep experience in 3PL logistics and warehouse operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Program Leadership & Governance
* Establish and lead a centralized Program Management Team to drive project execution and standardization across deployments.
* Develop and manage a multi-year program roadmap, delivery milestones, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
* Align program goals with CEVA's business strategy and customer requirements.
Manhattan WMS/OMS System Deployment
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS/OMS solutions, ensuring successful go-lives across all targeted warehouse operations.
* Oversee system configuration, data migration, and functional integration with customer systems (ERP, TMS, EDI, etc.).
* Partner with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure scalable, repeatable deployments.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the executive sponsor and primary escalation point for customer IT and operations leaders during each deployment.
* Drive communication, transparency, and alignment across all internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Conduct regular steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive briefings.
Operational Excellence & Standardization
* Ensure site readiness, SOP alignment, and staff preparedness at each warehouse location.
* Work closely with site leaders, super users, process engineers, and training teams to develop documentation and ensure change adoption.
* Drive continuous improvement across waves by applying lessons learned and enhancing the deployment model.
Financial Oversight & Resource Planning
* Manage program budgets and staffing models.
* Ensure financial goals are achieved without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
* Oversee resource allocation across functional workstreams (deployment, training, integration, support).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT program management roles.
* 5+ years of experience deploying Manhattan and Associates (strong preference for Manhattan Active experience) WMS, OMS, and related products (e.g., SCI, TMS, Slotting Optimization).
* Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site WMS rollouts in a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
Skills & Competencies
* Deep understanding of Manhattan Active and/or legacy WMS and OMS product suites.
* Strong technical understanding of system integrations (API, EDI, middleware).
* Exceptional project/program management skills, including waterfall and agile methodologies.

The Ground Product Sr. Manager provides senior operational leadership and strategic direction for CEVA's ground transportation operations. This position is accountable for end-to-end oversight of service delivery, financial performance, business growth, safety, quality, and operational excellence across multiple facilities and customer contracts. The Sr. Manager partners closely with customers, carriers, and internal cross-functional teams to design effective transportation solutions, strengthen long-term relationships, optimize assets and resources, and consistently deliver profit and performance objectives.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Lead the Ground Transportation Product Line with clear strategic direction and disciplined oversight of high-volume domestic logistics and distribution operations.
* Define and execute customer-focused business development strategies aimed at revenue growth, retention of key accounts, and sustainable long-term partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with executive-level customers and transportation providers, while collaborating effectively with CEVA colleagues.

YOUR ROLE
The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for managing payroll tax compliance and reporting for U.S. and Canadian payrolls. This role ensures accurate tax filings, reconciliations, and audit support using SAP and ADP Smart Compliance.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Process and reconcile payroll tax filings for U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
* Maintain and update tax configurations in SAP and ADP Smart Compliance.
* Open and close payroll tax accounts with federal, state, provincial, and local agencies as needed.
* Monitor and resolve tax notices, discrepancies, and agency inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax regulations.
* Stay current on payroll tax law changes, including legislative updates.
* Prepare and analyze payroll tax reports for internal stakeholders and audits.
* Support quarterly and annual tax filings, including W-2, T4, and other statutory forms.
* Collaborate with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure accurate reporting and remittance.
* Assist with SOC audits, workers' compensation, and benefits audits by providing payroll tax documentation and reports.
* Participate in system upgrades, testing, and process improvements related to payroll tax.
* Train and support payroll processors on tax-related procedures and system usage.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
* 3+ years of payroll tax experience, including U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.
* Ability to create and maintain payroll tax reports for compliance and audit purposes.
* Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve tax discrepancies.
* Knowledge of SOC audit requirements and data privacy standards.
* Proficient in SAP Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance.
* Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian payroll tax regulations.
* Experience with multi-state and multi-provincial payroll environments.

Responsible for managing the procurement aspects of two high volume, high spend areas in the North America: Warehouse consumables and IT. Business Unit Management Director, Pool/GVA is the national leader for CEVA's Pool and GVA product in the United States. This role oversees all Pool and GVA Directors and holds full P&L ownership for stations and districts nationwide. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and sitting on the Regional/Products Management Teams, the Regional Director of Ethics and Compliance acts as a strategic leader and catalyst of integrity, compliance culture, and ethical behavior in the region.

* Oversee, supervise, or conduct investigations into alleged misconduct in collaboration with the Speaking Up and Investigations Governance Team, maintaining consistency of approach, proper documentation, escalation, and remediation - including root-cause analysis and corrective or preventative actions - while promoting a strong Speak Up and non-retaliation culture.
* Perform pre- and post-acquisition due diligence in M&A, identifying compliance program and ethical-culture gaps and developing, in conjunction with the Director Regulatory Compliance, action plans and processes for timely and orderly integration of acquired entities into CEVA's compliance structures and internal controls.
* Promote CEVA's integrity culture as the visible face and voice of Compliance in the region, representing the function at town halls, management forums, and committee meetings; communicating CEVA's values and compliance priorities; reinforcing tone from the top; and maintaining open dialogue with employees and leaders on ethical conduct.
* Report regularly to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Heads of Products, and the Regional Management Team on regional implementation, training and communication performance, risk trends, control results, and remediation progress.
* Regularly report to the CCO and the Heads of Products on Compliance Program implementation at regional level.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Qualifications
* University degree in Law, Compliance (and/or related field) at least at Master Level
* Minimum 15 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or internal control, including regional or international exposure.
* Proven leadership of regional or multi-country teams and ability to coordinate complex program implementations.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
* In-depth knowledge of leading compliance frameworks and regulatory expectations, including the AFA Guidelines, DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, OECD Good Practice Guidance, and ISO 37001 principles.
* Deep understanding of anti-corruption, trade, competition, governance, and behavioral-ethics frameworks.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills

The Senior Director of Operations, Network & Forwarding, is the senior leader responsible for the end-to-end Ground network across North America. This includes full responsibility for Linehaul operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Network Support, and all compliance and administrative network functions. The role ensures on-time performance, efficiency, capacity management, cost control, and the strategic development of the NORTAM region and cross-border Ground network.

* Working knowledge of IT technical disciplines related to systems architecture, operating systems, programming environments and databases; project management methodologies and disciplines in SCM.
* Experienced in all areas of transportation, logistics and supply chain operations.
* Experience with WMS and TMS Packages.
TRAVEL:
Travel is required at least 40% of the time and is approximately 70% within the U.S. and 30% outside of the U.S.
