Responsibilities:
Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed and maintaining a clean bus
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
Maintain a clean and orderly bus, including regular cleaning of the interior and exterior
Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities
Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings
Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols
Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation
Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Possesses Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction
22 years of age or older
Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

This position requires for you to drive Ryder vehicles. In order to become a Ryder employee you must:

Responsibilities
Perform diagnosis, repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance for non-contractual customers. May assist higher-grade maintenance specialists and assist them in completing complex repairs.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance including, but not limited to, tune-ups, oil changes, tire changes, fuel filter changes, fluid checks, alignments, basic suspension replacement and light and mirror replacements
Assist or receive guidance from a higher-grade maintenance specialist to diagnose, repair or replace engines parts including but not limited to alternators, starts, radiators, and injectors, transmissions and other fuel components.
Perform basic diagnostics.
Hydraulic brake inspections, repairs, and replacements
May operate out of mobile maintenance vehicle and travel to customer yards within assigned region
Possess general knowledge and understanding of the Torque products and services
Represent Torque/Ryder to establish a relationship with the customer
Ensure proper documentation of work orders, customer repair authorizations, and repair notes within Salesforce
Perform environmental duties such as site inspections, site clean-ups/disposals, vehicle chemicals with some guidance and direction
Work in accordance with all federal/regional and corporate compliance guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned

• Provide first line supervision to CIT employees
• Oversee daily operations including but not limited to route efficiency, route scheduling, opening and closing of branch

• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis
• Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain and provide quality customer service
• Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures; ensure implementation of measures to reduce worker's compensation injury costs and security losses
• Ensure employees are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations required to perform their duties

Minimum Qualifications:

YOUR ROLE
As a Process-Focused Super User, you will serve as the operational subject matter expert during site deployments of Manhattan and Associates WMS and OMS systems. Deployment Support & Execution
* Act as a liaison between warehouse operations, implementation engineers, and IT teams.

* Provide insights into operational workflows to guide system configuration and enhancements.

YOUR ROLE
The Corporate Immigration Intern supports the company's immigration program by assisting with the preparation, tracking, and coordination of work visa and immigration processes. This role offers hands-on experience in employment-based immigration, providing exposure to case management, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, external legal counsel, and mobility team. The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for managing payroll tax compliance and reporting for U.S. and Canadian payrolls. This role ensures accurate tax filings, reconciliations, and audit support using SAP and ADP Smart Compliance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Experience

* 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics process design, or systems deployment.
* Minimum 3+ years of direct experience with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms (Active or WMOS).

* Oversee accounts - receive, review, and process complex or sensitive transactions for assigned base of accounts for all entry types, including the classification and valuation of goods. Process documents through the established system, obtaining release and other governmental agency releases as appropriate.
* Create and distribute written exception procedures for handling each account served by the team, including classifications, valuation rules, schedule of fees, correspondence, post entry process, and any other related information.

Pay Range: $110,000-120,000
YOUR ROLE
Responsible for managing the procurement aspects of two high volume, high spend areas in the North America: Warehouse consumables and IT. Warehouse consumables activities include sourcing, purchasing, leasing, rental, maintenance and disposal. IT responsibilities include working closely with the IT Department to source and execute IT hardware, software, maintenance and telecom purchases. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Evaluate existing and source new national, regional and local sourcing programs to cut cost, reduce downtime and improve service levels.
* Negotiate a best-in-class pricing.
* Perform audit and negotiating function on large dollar maintenance expenditures.
* Create effective monthly MPG management reporting.
* Source, negotiate and manage tire national account programs.
* Maximize gains on the disposal of company assets by increasing the market size of potential buyers and by negotiating favorable pricing.
* Enhance the asset management function through effective utilization monitoring and timely repositioning and disposal of surplus assets.
* Support the BD and ZDS teams in efforts to secure new business or maintain existing accounts.
* Establish key strategic relationships to leverage scale and provide competitive cost and service advantages.
* Drive cost savings through operational control, best practices and asset utilization.
* Ensure internal control and compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures (i.e., I-Procurement, AFE's, AP audits and monitoring of authorization requests and supplier selection).
* May initiate contract changes when required.
* Serves as the point of contact for both internal customers and vendors.

* Minimum 5 years of operational and procurement experience.
* Knowledge of high value negotiation and sourcing processes and methodologies.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related, preferred.
Skills:
* Strong financial understanding and fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
* Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.

Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical

Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
