Key Responsibilities:
Provides classroom and/or behind-the-wheel training to new operators are thoroughly trained. May provide other training to location personnel
Ensures Operator Development Program (ODP) is followed.
PODP - will need to be certified before conducting classroom, skills, btw, and cadeting.
Tracks attendees and maintains training documentation based on regulations and company policy.
While the focus is on driver training, employee may also have other safety program responsibilities (e.g. accident investigations, forms compliance and safety meetings)
Assists with ride checks operators as needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years training experience
1-3 years transportation, safety, or related experience
Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations regarding safety and environmental issues
Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability of effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Good verbal, written and relational communication skills, with ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, senior management, client representatives, union officials, and general public
Fluent in English
Demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality
Possesses working vehicle to travel within service areas as needed
CDL CLASS A or B required, including Passenger Endorsement and Airbrakes
Physical Requirements:

As an integral member of the Claims team, you will have the responsibility to investigate, coordinate and evaluate the legal liability of any party involved in Workers' Compensation claims we receive and other claim types. Requirements:
Safety first focus.
Age 21 years old or over
Self-starter / highly motivated individual.
Excellent customer service and communication skills - both verbal and written. Focus on attention to detail.
Exceptional critical thinking.
Ability to quickly learn required system requirements, corporate requirements and adapt to changes as future programs are developed.
Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record. 24 months no DUI, Hit and Run, road rage or vehicular manslaughter charges.
Cleaning of vehicle - housekeeping of vehicle on daily basis and monthly or as required deep-clean.
Flexibility for day, night, and/or weekend work, not always planned far in advance. Overtime may be required.
The work location is the vehicle. Expect to spend at least 80% of your time in our vehicles.
Communication skills
Clear understanding that his is a ONE YEAR pilot.
Desirable:
Proven record of success thriving in a team setting.
Previous customer service experience.
Passion for vehicles and/or vehicle maintenance experience.
Attention to detail and self-starter.

The Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope. Duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project.
Major Responsibilities

Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility

Minimum Education or Certifications Required
