L-1 associates are responsible for servicing fully autonomous vehicles, preparing them for driver testing missions, and performing asset management and cleaning tasks. By continuously developing skills and demonstrating proficiency in key responsibilities, you'll be prepared for advancement into Autonomous Vehicle operations and other technical roles within our structure. Measure performance, identify opportunities for improvements and address any program issues Monitor, triage, verify and prioritize unplanned maintenance requests Hands-on troubleshooting/repair of minor issues - examples: flat tire, wiper blades, fuses, etc. Coordinate work with Operations Site Leads, Site Coordinators and Fleet Deployment Specialists as needed Organize bring up of new vehicles joining the fleet Maintain accuracy of data in the Fleet tracking tools Coordinate with the operations and the safety and compliance teams to complete post-collision reporting Manage Roadside assistance supplies, re-order as needed using established procedures Coordinate the fleet cleaning program with the approved vendor. Experience in vendor relationship management. Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Proficient with Google Suite and ability to learn systems quickly. Strong time management skills with superior attention to detail; including the ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously Demonstrate strengths in the areas of service and team skills, including evidence of ability to work independently and in close conjunction with others Must think strategically; identify issues and find a reasonable solution Ability to complete basic hands-on vehicle maintenance tasks Proven people skills, oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, in order to effectively build relationships with internal and external customers Experience dealing with a variety of employees in all levels of the company in a professional manner Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or similar Google tools Travel up to 10% based on business need Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, Use hands to finger; handle, or feel; and talk or hear Must use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Occasionally required to lift up to 45 pounds May work in extreme heat and cold, and in damp environment with moderate noise Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed including overtime.
