Description Overview:The Operations Site Lead is responsible for assisting in oversight of the operations. They will act as the liaison between Transdev Management and Transdev employees. They are responsible for oversight of daily tasks by the Fleet Deployment Specialists, Site Coordinators, and Driverless Roadside Assistance Specialists to ensure efficient delivery of the missions requested by our Clients. The Site Lead is responsible for assisting in creating the weekly schedule, documenting issues, escalating appropriately, and upholding all company policies. Operations Site Leads are expected to also provide clear, concise, professional, and accurate feedback to direct reports. Ensuring timely shift start and efficient vehicle deployment
Responsible for covering any day to day operational needs in case of call outs or staff shortage
Ensure the Transdev managed fleet of vehicles remain operational by being responsible for day-to-day maintenance, procuring supplies, and maintaining relationships with third party vendors.

Uses Bus phone and logs into the Automated Vehicle Locator (AVL) to communicate with equipment failures, schedule delays, hazardous or dangerous conditions along bus route and passenger loading zones, to include such hazards as unusual traffic, road conditions, obstructions, construction, potential criminal activity, etc.
6. Performs other assigned tasks as requested.

The Rail Line Supervisor serves as the first line of supervision for rail operations. Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
* $31.50 - $37.96 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct diagnostic tests using advanced tools and software to troubleshoot all engine issues.
+ Perform moderate complexity repairs and replacements on engine components, ensuring optimal functionality.
+ Assist all Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, contributing to efficient workflow.
+ Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize engine performance.
+ Lead diagnostic tests to accurately identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies for all engines.
+ Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on all engines, including overhauling and rebuilding components to required specifications.
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, assisting them in developing their skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic.
+ ASE certifications are required and must be maintained throughout employment.
+ Mechanic's Tool Set
+ Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason
Physical Requirements:
+ The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
+ Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
+ Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
+ Push and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
+ Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
