Ability to work closely with, and support both the Dispatch Supervisors and the Dispatcher sin day-to-day operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with paratransit operations. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written form Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in pressure situations with fellow employees, supervisors, dispatchers, and bus operators to attain the best possible transit service for customers. Knowledge of Trapeze preferred Ability to operate standard office machines including but not limited to copy machine, printers, scanner, computer, telephones. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
