Maintain Transdev's high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle;
Consistently demonstrate situational awareness, an understanding of the technology in his/her care, and a willingness to constantly adjust to changes in the environment;
Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously always with management, engineers, and the public;
Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments;
Work mostly individually but also in small groups of 2-10 people;
Operate a vehicle 6-8 hours a day, up to 5 days a week;
Follow established diagnostic guides to troubleshoot driver support modules; not limited to, but including mobile devices, laptops, and other work devices
Provide rides in the autonomous vehicle to the general public.
Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus;
Provide concise, clear, and accurate verbal and written feedback regarding the vehicle's operations;
Responsible for managing the vehicle's key security process
Complete daily reports and document procedures and tests.
Interact with the members of the public in a polite and professional manner, and assist in educating them on self-driving technology when necessary
Operate autonomous vehicles on both defined and undefined routes, including a variety of environmental conditions.
Operate onboard data collection systems
Comfortable riding as a passenger in an autonomous vehicle, where the driver may have little control over the vehicle's operations.
Safely operates a non-autonomous vehicle while monitoring the location of a driverless vehicle(s) during vehicle recovery operations
Responsible for the safe recovery of the autonomous vehicle which includes but is not limited to parking safely behind the driverless vehicle, setting up protection, disengaging the self-driving car and driving the car to a safe location.
Apply safety procedures to any situation involving rescue of the self-driving car.
Oversee and ensure the security and importing of disks including accounting of at the beginning and end of shift, and ensuring there is the proper amount of disks needed throughout the day
Will assist as a POC for client Security and Facilities staff for issues and repairs at remote site(s)
Exercise excellent customer service while assisting passengers of the driverless vehicle to disembark, board the rescue vehicle and safely drive passengers to their destination.
Assist software progress by testing new features;
Document recurring issues of new software and any potential bugs;
Follow weekly release emails and bug reports to stay up to date;
Work closely with Operations Supervisor to keep demo documentation accurate and up to date (i.e. create/maintain demo routes and best practices, daily and weekly emails)
Represent Client by showcasing self-driving technology to Client's guests in a friendly, concise manner while
Must be able to work assigned shift

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads. Additional experience is preferred;
High School Diploma or GED required. Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences;
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Ability to parallel park with minimal assistance.
Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite apps (i.e. Gmail, Hangouts, and Driver, including Sheets and Docs);
Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone (Android preferred by not required); and
Must be able to type at least 40 adjusted wpm.
Must have good attention to detail and be able to quickly and concisely describe their thoughts;
Capable of responding quickly and simultaneously to multiple scenarios;
Adapt quickly to new and developing technology;
Cross-functional verbal and written communication and issue escalation;
Must be able to multitask multiple technologies, including communications devices and vehicle status systems;
Must be able to work specific shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnights and/or weekends, as well as travel for up to one month; occasionally may be required to work overtime and be recalled for peak operational demand.
Must be able to perform your shift from a compact crossover vehicle; periodically exposed to the elements and outdoors
Travel up to 20% of the time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
Must be self-motivated and demonstrate good judgment, in fast-paced, high stress environments.
Physical Requirements:

Does not have more than 1 point on the driving record (California), or one non-major moving violation in the preceding three years;

Has not had any driver's license suspension or revocation based on driving or operating any
vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any drug in the past 10 years;
Never been the at-fault driver of a motor vehicle involved in an accident that resulted in
injury or death of any person.
Must have and maintain a driving record that meets state AVT (Autonomous Vehicle Tester) and/or other applicable regulations and laws; and
Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the autonomous vehicle monitor will be working;
All Transdev employees must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Safety Sensitive Positions will also be subject to a physical screening

Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise the daily activity of the Operations Supervisor (OS) to ensure efficient operation of the shift
+ Drive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Senior Operations Manager (SOM)

MV Transportation is seeking a Parts Clerk who is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Maintenance Manager, Parts Manager and other Maintenance Supervisory personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
The Parts Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Post parts to work orders.
Enter work orders into the fleet maintenance software.
Create and process purchase orders in the fleet maintenance software.
Perform all shipping and receiving duties both domestic and international, as required.
Identify part numbers and provide descriptions with the intent of supplying or ordering parts for fleet maintenance technicians utilizing software and catalogs.
Monitor daily fuel readings and transmit them to the fuel vendors.
Transmit daily the fuel delivery receipts to the client.
Order parts for inventory, out of service buses or special requests.
Manage and process parts cores, as required.
Work closely with Parts Manager to ensure needed parts and inventory levels are maintained at efficient and optimum levels.
Conduct cycle counts, inventories and obsolete parts surveys, as directed.
Work closely with vendors and vendor pricing for optimal efficiency.
Maintain complete and organized files.
Submit required reports accurately and on time.
Manage departmental assignments ensuring all items are completed on time.
Assist Parts Manager in managing department finances within approved budget.
Ensure parts system is maintained according to standards acceptable to the division and client.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route bus operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. Qualifications

Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).
Experience working with 50 + buses within the last year.
Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment preferred.
Must be able to manage and interface with client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
Must have technical competence with light/medium/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.
Must display initiative, professionalism, candor and tact at all times.
ASE or manufacture's certifications a plus.
Technical experience with fixed route transit bus maintenance.
Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.
Experience with Diesel, CNG, and Alternative fuels a plus.
Must have a CDL class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.

Responsibilities
MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Coordinator who directs all maintenance and repair for MV's WAV fleet.
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for determining and communicating the repairs needed for WAV fleet in order to maintain the fleet for maximum equipment life and minimal downtime. This position is responsible for coordinating, prioritize and schedule fleet repairs and inform customers of the progress of the work.
Job Responsibilities:
Ascertain vehicle servicing and repair need by reviewing daily inspection records and examining service schedules.
Ad-hoc projects as assigned by General Manager.
Coordinate with repair vendors and when needed, wash vendors.
Coordinate on road vehicle recovery in the event of an accident of maintenance issues.
When needed, negotiates with repair shops on the cost of recommended repairs.
Provides purchase orders for maintenance repairs, obtains approvals when needed.
Enters purchase order into the MMIS system; Verifies warranty coverage by examining manufacturer programs and historical data.
Coordinates with towing and repair vendor for unplanned on road incidents.
Maintains automotive service records by documenting driver and vendor correspondence as well as vendor recommendations and corrective actions planned.
Resolves fleet availability.
Audits vendor's invoices for accuracy and processes for prompt payment.
Resolves billing discrepancies with vendors.
Manages fuel card and RFID card assignments.
Coordinates delivery and state inspections of new fleet assets.
Coordinates installation of all on board technology on to new vehicles / repair of technology on existing fleet as needed.
Coordinates with Director of Maintenance when needed.
Qualifications
