Provides customer service with late vehicle service, verifying “No Shows” and assisting riders with resolving service-related complaints.
Receives customer inquiries and complaints; answers questions and provides information about services; resolves customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicates resolution to customers and records feedback in customer relationship management database.
Creates daily manifests for paratransit drivers based on customer demands.
Monitors efficiencies of manifests to ensure that routes are logical and efficient based on customer needs.
Clearly and accurately documents issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
1 year or more of customer service experience preferred.
Ability to read, comprehend and understand maps.
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain transit system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes.
Customer service focused attitude.

The Self-Driving Vehicle Operator Test Conductor [L1] is responsible for planning and conducting vehicle tests for 6-8hours per day. He/she will develop a unique set of organizational and operational skills using systems engineering processes and gain experience testing vehicles running proprietary software and hardware.
He/she will operate comfortably and excel in a fast-paced environment; must be capable of managing up to four communication channels simultaneously via various high-and low-tech mediums. He/she will work closely with engineers, managers, and researchers to create and improve test plans and report results. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be a superb driver.

Required Education and Experience:
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience driving on public roads with a clean driving record;

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in directing the passenger transit operations. This position is based in Antioch, CA. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the contract, facility and safety of personnel and passengers, customer service and managing the financials.

Qualifications:

+ Thorough knowledge of the methods of operation of the transit system's staff and operational departments
+ Ability to deal with state and local government
+ Ability to manage cost control and financial/budget experience handling multiple locations
+ Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
+ Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization
+ Ability to organize and perform efficiently, strong attention to details
+ Ability to navigate Labor Relations issues and work effectively with union partners, including labor grievances, and negotiations.
