+ Responsible for the safe recovery of the autonomous vehicle which includes but is not limited to parking safely behind the driverless vehicle, setting up protection, disengaging the self-driving car and driving the car to a safe location.
+ Apply safety procedures to any situation involving rescue of the self-driving car.
+ Oversee and ensure the security and importing of disks including accounting of at the beginning and end of shift, and ensuring there is the proper amount of disks needed throughout the day
+ Will assist as a POC for client Security and Facilities staff for issues and repairs at remote site(s)
+ Exercise excellent customer service while assisting passengers of the driverless vehicle to disembark, board the rescue vehicle and safely drive passengers to their destination.
+ Assist software progress by testing new features;
+ Document recurring issues of new software and any potential bugs;
+ Follow weekly release emails and bug reports to stay up to date;
+ Work closely with Operations Supervisor to keep demo documentation accurate and up to date (i.e. create/maintain demo routes and best practices, daily and weekly emails)

Required Education and Experience:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads. Additional experience is preferred;
+ High School Diploma or GED required. Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences;

+ Ability to parallel park with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities:
+ The Assistant BOC Manager is a key member of the extended local leadership team by providing 24/7 management presence to Transit Operations staff.
+ Monitors and evaluates daily Transit Operations activities and employee's performance including missed runs, on-time statistics, total work and pay hours, accident data, and other operations related functions.
+ Monitors and evaluates employees' performance and provides all levels of disciplinary action as needed.
+ Knowledge with the entire Las Vegas RTC service (geographical) area.
+ Must be knowledgeable with all aspects of bus operators, road supervisors, terminal supervisors, on -time performance monitors' jobs.
+ Must be knowledgeable with special events that occur in the Las Vegas area.
+ Understand and follow the RTC's (the client) and Transdev's policies and procedures.
+ Ensures performance indicators meet or exceed client and corporate expectations. Liquidated damages are kept to a minimum and failures are corrected.
+ Responsible for implementation and support of business-critical operations technologies (VDS, Zonar, AVL, etc.) which requires serving as a subject matter expert on the tools and making recommendations on the best application of the tools into the operating environment.
+ Responsible for managing the location's performance, make best practices recommendations, train on technology solutions, and facilitate the implementation of those solutions. These activities, overall, support the improvement of service quality and financial performance of Transdev operations.
+ Coordinates the dispatching, in-service monitoring, and evaluations involved in daily transit operations.
+ Completes necessary daily and/or weekly reports for company and client to ensure service quality.
+ Informs BOC Manager of potential risks in the operation.
+ Ensures the company vision, values and culture are understood, communicated, and promoted throughout operations.
+ Manage staff, their schedules, and handle call-offs by filling those shifts.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft software, Data Analytic skills, and experience in leading a team of five or more.
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work all shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine necessary repairs on engines.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

Description About the Role: Serves as an integral member of the team responsible for managing contract compliance and financial performance in our Las Vegas location. Supports location management by directing project activities and providing status tracking. Leads and assists in activities necessary for achieving performance and profitability targets.
Manages multiple assigned projects from planning to delivery with direction and acts as the project manager to a cross-functional team.
Prepares agendas, meetings notes, and project summaries.
Create, manage, and/or maintain assigned projects including the schedule, budget, duties of team members, identifying project goals and timelines.
Integrates and supports Lean implementation in process development.
Produces, implements, and manages processes designed to improve overall performance.
Communicates project changes to all stakeholders.
On-site support to location to drive operational improvements impacting performance in areas of contract compliance, service delivery and financial performance.
Provides analysis of local procedures and practices and creates action plans for addressing operational deficiencies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Coordinates various levels of training to location management and staff on best practices and localized tools.
Performs other duties and activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience building trust in the field with local staff through integrity, respect, and effective communication.
Possess strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both oral and written).
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately with little direct supervision.
Aptitude to think creatively and strategically to anticipate changing requirements and serve as a change agent within the organization.
Detail oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
Capability to solve problems in a practical and pragmatic manner.
Ability to manage a project, set deadlines, establish KPI's and goals.
Ability to handle competing priorities with and to identify urgent and critical priorities for the business.
Skills and Knowledge (Preferred):
3 to 7 years project management experience
1 to 3 years transportation experience, focusing on field operations
Knowledge of basic Transit related software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with Excel, including import and export functions.
Knowledge of financial literacy concepts in a business setting including budgeting, P&L management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
