1969 - Transervice signs its first contract servicing the New York 7UP fleet in New York, New Jersey and Illinois.
Founded in 1969 Transervice has been the preferred choice of a growing number of North-America’s leading companies who appreciate our approach to forming business relationships designed for long term success.
1971 - Expands Full Service Lease agreement with the Coca Cola Bottling Company.
1981 - TLC is acquired by the Pittston Company.
1983 - Transervice opens a corporate office in Des Plaines, Illinois.
1990 - Transervice Logistics Inc. is formed and encompasses Transervices' Dedicated Carriage Accounts.
1996 - TLC begins servicing the New York Times material handling equipment in College Point, NY.
2004 - TLC signs a Contract Maintenance Agreement with The New York Times to maintain its road distribution fleet.
2007 - Joseph N. Evangelist joins the Company as Executive Vice President.
2007 - TL Co. begins a Contract Maintenance Agreement with Bell Canada, operating out of 46 locations in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario and operating a Call Center.
2011 - Ed Flannigan, then President retires.
2013 - TLC begins a Contract Maintenance Agreement with Bimbo Bakeries USA. Five additional locations are added in the ensuing years.
