As a Configuration Manger, you will be responsible for managing hardware and associated software portfolios. What You'll Get to Do:

Bachelor's and the 6+ years' experience:
NRO / IC experience. Ability to assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures. Understand basic concepts and assist in documenting hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures. Assist in the use of configuration management tools (e.g. DOORS, ServiceNow) to store, track, and manage configuration items. Experience implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures. Assist in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures; such as creating product build scripts and procedures, and integrating those scripts with the hardware and software build process.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Transformation Specialist / PM / BA is a critical role supporting a Major Global Bank transformation and consent order programs

The Transformation Specialist / PM / BA will be a key member of a transformation team within Client Bank supporting engagements necessary to deliver against transformation and regulatory priorities. Projects will vary in size, duration, and complexity; will have significant and measurable business value outcomes; and will be highly visible with executive-level sponsorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support all project phases and drive project execution and delivery
• Own the initial preparation of communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders
• Support creation of project communications to drive engagement of key stakeholders and adoption of recommendations and solutions

Digital Process Intelligence & Discovery Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Digital Process Discovery projects across the CB & CIB businesses
  • Assist leadership with the scoping of new projects
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings with business leads and business users
  • Facilitate digital discovery sessions with business users
  • Perform data validation
  • Socialize Digital Process Discovery results with stakeholders across the organization
  • Work with direct management to help develop innovative Process Intelligence solutions

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, technology or related discipline
  • Experience with process discovery, re-engineering processes, end-to-end process mapping, diagnosing business imperatives and driving change
  • Experience with process excellence standards, especially BPMN 2.0
  • Ability to partner with broad range of internal teams, especially business and technology, across the organization to achieve results
