Monthly • Dust window ledges, tops, partitions, and other low areas. • Vacuum AC vents and closet. • Clears walls of all dirt and graffiti, and cleans windows and mirrors as scheduled Vehicles • Maintains agency cars clean and free of debris and as needed. • Assists with proper upkeep and maintenance of agency vehicles. Supplies and Inventory • Maintains the inventory of janitorial supplies and equipment. • Submits order requests for janitorial supplies and equipment to supervisor or designee. • Receives merchandise and stores according to set procedures. • Maintains and stores chemical products in accordance with safety guidelines. • Documents Material Safety Data Sheet in the binder for all chemicals. Maintenance • May perform minor repairs. • Accompanies vendors/company representatives while on-premises as needed. This role is essential in providing leadership, structure, safety, and support to both staff and clients. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Superintendent and Associate Superintendents, including initial contact for parent concerns, calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and office communications. * Serve as liaison between the Superintendents Office, school administrators, diocesan clergy, diocesan departments, and other school stakeholders. * Manage educator certification (CE Tracker and Florida DOE), transcript and verification requests, and accreditation support. * Support scholarship and grant processes, including FACTS Tuition Management, CSTAG allocations, and Title IIA/IVA reimbursements. * Process invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments, and service awards; ensure timely and accurate billing. * Assist with statistical, compliance, and reporting data for diocesan and external agencies. * Manage Office of Catholic Schools communications, including the Weekly Update, webpage content, and social media support. * Coordinate Office of Catholic Schools events, meetings, workshops, and special projects; occasional travel within the diocese is required. * Manage the Catholic Schools online employment system and assist applicants and administrators. * Maintain international student records, including SEVIS compliance. * Serve as primary support for the ACE Program / Notre Dame ACE Teaching Fellows Program. * Perform general clerical and office support duties while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications * Must support the teaching of the Catholic Church in his/her public and personal life. * High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum three years of related administrative experience. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, web-based tools, basic graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva), and ability to learn new platforms as needed. * Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work accurately under pressure. * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Direct Care Staff Summary A Direct Care Staff helps the clinicians with the treatment of Clients who have various behavioral problems, such as substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, mental instability and physical and emotional abuse. A behavioral health technician is expected to understand individual treatment plans, document client behavior and provide a safe, supportive environment for the clients. Technicians may observe and record client controlled medications and assisting in daily activities. Because clients who are mentally ill and emotionally disturbed can be unpredictable, they can present a potential danger to themselves and those around them. Behavioral health technicians have a responsibility to maintain safety for themselves and their clients they are providing services for. This may be as simple as keeping client files confidential and secure from unauthorized access. In many cases, the technician's ability to emotionally support clients, remain calm and professional, and use good interpersonal skills can defuse a volatile situation.
