ProjectType:AI Data Annotation and Linguistic Editing (Contract-Temp)
Workload:20 hours/week minimum
PayRate:$10.00perunit(eachunittakesapproximately15minutestocomplete)
Location:MustbeUSbased
Project Overview
We're creating high-quality training data to help AI systems understand e-commerce interactions. You'll write original conversations from scratch based on provided scenarios, plus a short step-by-step Reasoning Trace explaining how an agent should reach the desired outcome of the conversation.
What We're Looking For
This is a creative writing role, not an annotation or editing job. All content must be written from scratch based on the scenario provided, and the use of LLMs is strictly prohibited. We're looking for people who can think like both a human user and an AI agent, understand LLM behavior at a basic level, and enjoy combining writing with reasoning and problem-solving. A key part of the role is breaking down the logical, step-by-step process an AI would follow to arrive at the correct outcome and clearly documenting that reasoning alongside the conversation.
Responsibilities
Create original user/agent conversations that match each scenario provided.
Write a final user message and corresponding step-by-step Reasoning Trace.
Follow detailed written instructions and meet daily or weekly productivity targets.
Meet quality targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Language: Native or near-native English (US).
Writing & Reasoning: Strong writing, editorial, and logical reasoning skills. Ability to break down scenarios into clear, step-by-step processes.
E-commerce: Familiarity with online shopping terminology and e-commerce interactions.
AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI tools, LLM behavior, and how AI generates responses.
Remote Work: Comfortable with structured, task-based remote work; able to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
Technical Comfort: Able to work with web-based tools and follow structured task submission processes.
