Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Process Operations Technician in Casco, WI
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.
The schedule will be rotating-four days on, four days off-and will repeat every 10 weeks. We have day shift (6am to 6pm) and night shift (6pm to 6am) available.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for an individual who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
Accurately follow process instructions, health, environmental and safety regulations and protocols
Oversee cold startup of plant equipment and processes through steady-state operation, as well as return plant equipment and processes to operating status following shutdowns, power outages, etc.
Monitor process parameters (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow, levels) and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operating conditions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
Keep work records and contribute to reports for regulatory and contractual compliance
Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including maintenance, quality control, engineering and supervisors.
Enter, maintain, and extract information from various computer software programs such as the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Operate equipment such as cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissors lifts
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; must be mechanically inclined
Prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectives
Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alike
Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Two or more years of experience in process operations, preferably in the fertilizer, chemical manufacturing, wastewater treatment or similar industrial setting
Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements
Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including potential exposure to chemicals, noise, and temperature variations (with appropriate personal protective equipment).
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (PIDs).
Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED

* This Weapon System Operator position supports Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Two Zero (VX-20) E-2C/D developmental test and evaluation at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD.
* Participates in E-2 developmental flight testing as a Test Weapon System Operator.
* Performs a variety of tasks that support flight testing including development of test plans and detailed test procedures, pre-mission planning, mission briefing, conducting functional check and engineering test flights, evaluation of simulator devices, data collection during ground and flight tests, post-flight liaison with maintenance and engineering representatives, mission debriefing, drafting post-flight reports/deficiencies and participation in technical meetings.
* Most work will be conducted on-site at NAS Patuxent River, MD; however, some domestic travel will be required in support of flight test activities.
* Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Must be able to operate effectively at remote work sites without direct supervision. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of work experience.
* Past or current designation as an E-2 Combat Information Center Officer (CICO), Mission Commander (MC) or Air Intercept Controller (AIC) is required.
* Graduate of one of the following is a plus: U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (TPS), U.S. Air Force TPS, Empire TPS or EPNER TPS.
* A minimum of 1000 hours in Navy aircraft and 500 hours in E-2C/D is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
Monitor and control energy storage systems, grid interactions, and other associated equipment using advanced software systems.
Execute dispatch instructions received from ISO, ensuring timely and accurate system responses to grid needs.
Respond to alarms and system deviations, initiating corrective actions to ensure system performance and reliability.
Maintain situational awareness, monitor and evaluate system conditions, anticipate problems, disseminate information to the appropriate entities, and implement strategies to minimize/avoid issues which may adversely impact the ESS assets and the Bulk Electrical System.
Direct and support dispatch of technicians to perform system restoration and service activities on site.

At USA Insulation, the Chemical Batch Operator actively participates in the manufacturing process of our proprietary foam insulation product. You will be a key contributor during the production process and adhere to the production schedule and keep our team informed of manufacturing capabilities as required. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, enforcement of safety protocols and process and fostering a collaborative environment with the General Manager and other production team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct involvement in the manufacturing process alongside the other production team members.
Work with the Production Team to achieve daily/weekly goals and uphold quality standards.
Monitor batch while in process and closely observe output quality.
For batches that you make, you will have responsibility for raw materials, staging of raw materials and packaging finished product for storage and/or distribution.

Work with the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to understand product demand and build materials to meet customer demand
Maintain manufactured finished product inventory.

Assist with maintenance of the production equipment. This can include (but is not limited to) tightening loose fittings as identified, changing filters and screens, identifying leaks, etc.
