DESCRIPTION
Work alongside the client services team to manage clients withing the Digital Marketing space across services including but not limited to: SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content Creation, Content Marketing and more as relevant to the role
Manage a book of business corresponding to experience level, responsible for client retention and growth targets for the assigned respective book of business, with support and oversight from Manager(s)
Create of client facing documents including but not limited to proposals, Quarterly Business Reviews, and deliverables as required for client(s) and account(s) success
Brief and oversee execution of multiregional strategies by our global digital production teams, acting as liaison with client stakeholders and agency partners
Perform quality assurance of deliverables to ensure adherence to strategy and brief and guarantee optimal content/campaign performance
Proactively identify and track opportunities to grow assigned accounts, upselling additional digital marketing services to existing clients with support of manager(s)
Manage budgets and account health aligned to company metrics in collaboration with Production teams.
Keep up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies and market leaders, and share this knowledge with colleagues and clients
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS

What You'll Do
The Senior Director - AI and ML Operations + Engineering will be a leader in the AI Transformation offering of FTI's Data and Technology Transformation practice. This role will advise businesses on designing AI based solutions, platforms and architectures that enable enterprise use cases for creating business value. The candidate should have subject matter expertise in designing and implementing machine learning pipelines including a deep understanding of core ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-learn and 3rd party ML platforms from Palantir, Dataiku, DataRobot, Alteryx and other vendors. About the Role
As a Regional Sales Director, Small Local Government, you will use your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of Account Executives selling Workday's Government Solutions. You will lead a team of passionate, enthusiastic and motivated people who want to be part of one of the most innovative and disruptive cloud companies on the planet. In this role, you will:
* Be a key leader focused on driving new business for Workday
* Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support
* Use your experience to lead, coach and mentor a field sales team for your assigned territory
* Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative to legacy ERP solutions.
About You
Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of field sales management experience as a SaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, with additional 10+ years as a field sales representative
* Experience selling cloud/ SaaS/ ERP solutions
* Experience selling to State and/or Local Government agencies
* Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
* Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
* Experience as a leader in a team selling environment
Other Qualifications
* Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
* Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales
* Experience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership
* Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
