DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team for a new data collection project starting in Santa Clara, California. As our driver, you will manage the handling, the delivery and retrieval of the equipment utilized by participants for the collection process.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are diligent and detail-oriented, and can work somewhat independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with experience in customer service.
Role Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for engaging with potential participants in person, over the phone, and/or via email. This role also includes managing and tracking data collection devices, as well as coordinating the delivery and retrieval of devices used by participants during the data collection process.
Role Responsibilities
Contact participants via email or phone for the data collection project
Treat participants with the utmost level of care and professionalism
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information through transparent and clear communication
Facilitate project changes for scheduling and resource planning
Provide ongoing support and information to participants
Answer participant questions

Job Description
• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates. The Account Manager assesses the competitive landscape, develops project proposals and negotiates budget and schedule with the client.

About the Role

Required Qualifications:
