As our driver, you will manage the handling, the delivery and retrieval of the equipment utilized by participants for the collection process. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are diligent and detail-oriented, and can work somewhat independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with experience in customer service. Role Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for engaging with potential participants in person, over the phone, and/or via email. This role also includes managing and tracking data collection devices, as well as coordinating the delivery and retrieval of devices used by participants during the data collection process. The Scheduler is the main face of our team to people participating in the study. As a Receptionist, you will welcome participants for the onsite data collection project, including checking their IDs, having them sign the NDA and providing instructions on expected participant behavior during the collection.
