I believe one of the key advantages of working with TransPerfect is the opportunity to hold a remote position, allowing me to work from the comfort of my home or anywhere in the world. This flexibility not only provides a competitive pay rate but also aligns with global statistics showing that remote work enhances efficiency, ultimately benefiting the company significantly.
Here are the main Cons that I noticed while working with TP for the last two years: Limited Career Growth Opportunities: Some employees may find fewer opportunities for upward mobility or professional development compared to other organisations. Communication Challenges: In remote roles or large global companies, communication with colleagues or management may sometimes be slow or unclear. Considering the fact of management's approach that lacks consideration for employee well-being. For example, there was a delay in international payment for about 5 months which was unbelievably frustrating, however everything had been resolved .
Good pay-rate compared to other companies. No other incentives to be honest.
I used my absolute loathing of them as motivation to start my own company so that I never have to entertain working for someone like them again.
Knowing I was breathing the same air as the New York idiot that trained me.
Going home.
God made him.
There is a reason you do not have a percentage of blacks in your data. If you squint real hard, you may see a black person there.
I was honest. And they invented a job, took what they thought were my ideas but they weren’t. And when they thought they had me, they did their thing. But not one single solitary idea of mine did they get .
They paid me much lower than what the promised. Old bait and switch.
They call the group of black females that work for them “tha sistas” in New York.
Not hearing the ring of a meeting
Remote is a pro. All the rest is a con.
Everything, especially pay.
None. The company robs its employees with Health Benefits, severely underpays interpreters, and allows for clients to abuse them. Terrible company that exploits immigrants.
