Case Mix: Diverse cases including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and minor pediatric cases. Providers have the flexibility to select cases aligned with their skills and interests.
Team Environment: Join a multidisciplinary care team comprising seven full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs, operating within a care model that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and equitable call scheduling.
Mentorship: Dedicated one-on-one mentorship available for new graduates to facilitate smooth transition into practice.
Qualifications:
Certification: Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia (verified through VMS).
Experience: Open to both experienced providers and recent graduates.
Residency: Residency or training within the immediate local area may be required; relocation discussions are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits:
For 1099 Contractors:
Hourly base rate of $190/hour
Regional blocks stipend: +$5/hour

Responsibilities
The Health Unit Coordinator/Nursing Assistant (HUC NA) has a dual focus, a combination of the Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) and Nursing Assistant (NA) roles. They serve as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team.
The HUC NA supports patients with activities of daily living and performs patient care skills as delegated by the licensed nurse within the Ohio Board of Nursing Scope of Practice.
The HUC NA also collaborates with unit leadership in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the patient care unit. This includes the processing of patient records and ongoing communication with nursing staff, physicians, and interdepartmental personnel. The HUC NA serves as a resource for physicians and other members of the health care team for the electronic medical record.
The HUC NA is responsible for maintaining and demonstrating knowledge, skill, and ability of the delegated tasks. The HUC NA also supports department operational needs, and performs other duties as assigned.
The HUC NA reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
Applicants Must Have:
Successful completion of KH Health Coordinator training upon hire into role
Successful completion of KH Nursing Assistant Orientation upon hire into role
Certification in CPR/BLS
Must have one of the following:
Six months experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital or a long-term care facility
Completion of Nursing Assistant course in the last six months
Nursing student or listed as pre-nursing as shown on transcripts

**Job Summary:**
The New Grad Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by:
+ Utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status
+ Acting as the service line between Med-Surg and ICU units
+ Determining the priority of the patient's problems and needs
+ Developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes
+ Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment

**Education:**

+ BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred at hire, must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care, ACLS required within 6 months of hire)
**Experience:**

Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient's problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care, all in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. The RN coordinates, provides, and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates the care provided by health team members.
