Once you completed orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You earn $650 per week during this time. Once training is complete, you will then take 2-5 days at home to wind down after your training. Then you meet with a driver manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,200 - $1,400+ per week (depending on the run you choose). Home times will vary depending on the run. You will be running in newer well-maintained Freightliners (mostly autos) We also offer free college tuition for you or anyone in your immediate family. To be at least 21 years or older To prove at least 120 total hours of training from an accredited Training Academy within the last 2 years. To pass a thorough background check To pass all dot related tests including hair or urine. Hair goes back aprox 3-6 months An excellent dmv report with no pending tickets To provide copies of all tickets in the last 3 years. Accident reports for the last 5 years.
