Provide shelf merchandising to all stores upon request by manager or customer. Assure safe operation of assigned vehicle by completing vehicle safety check daily and/or completing repair order same day as problem is detected to avoid unnecessary repair cost and to comply with DMV regulations. Maintain cab and bays of truck in a neat and clean manner at all times. Provide excellent rapport and positive exposure of product through quality service to ultimately increase product sales and market share. Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
A Commercial Class A driver license is preferred and must maintain an acceptable driver record in compliance with DOT requirements.
One year of commercial driving experience is preferred.
Experience in beverage delivery is preferred.
The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs. when handling keg products

When there is a need for the driver to stay out overnight, Bulkmatic provides a hotel room and a per diem for all overnight stays. There is some weekend work and drivers should expect to work an average of one weekend per month.
Pay:
We recently increased pay at this location and Bulkmatic drivers in Hopkinsville are now averaging between $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Plus we are now offering a $3,000 BONUS to new driver hires! The driver must insure they arrive to the jobsite at least 10 minutes before the specified starting time and work until the job foreman cuts them off. Expect to work at least 10-12+ hours/ day and 5-6 days/ week unless our jobs are postponed or canceled due to weather.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• No Minimum Educational Requirement - High School Diploma/GED Preferred
• Valid CDL Driver's License Required
• One-to-Two (1-2) Year Commercial Driving Experience Preferred
• Three (3) Month On-The-Job Training Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Possess and maintain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and state-certified driving history record free of violations
-Possess DOT-required satisfactory driving record(s) from previous employment, if applicable
-Possess and maintain MSHA training at all sites
-Possess ability to follow safety rules and procedures set forth by the DOT/FMCSA, FCI Group & Related Parties, and Marjenn Trucking
-Possess dependability to be consistent at work and on time
-Possess functional listening, verbal and written communications skills to personnel, and customer(s)
-Possess a “Team” mentality with a quality assurance, safety-oriented mindset
-Possess total visual field and multiple limb coordination
-Possess following repetitive physical capabilities during normal job performance: sitting, driving
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conducts a pre-trip and enroute walk around vehicle inspection noting and reporting any deficiencies to ensure that the vehicle is properly fueled and roadworthy throughout all phases of the delivery
process
-Completes logbook entries and all other required paperwork
-Comprehends and acts on instructions from Marjenn dispatcher including safely loading and securing products for transport
-Identifies and follows the best travel route taking into account weather conditions, road restrictions and points of congestion
-Monitors and inspects the vehicle load frequently to ensure compliance with regulatory securement standards
-Operates the vehicle safely in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations throughout all phases of the delivery process
-Maintains Marjenn Trucking and FCI Group & Related Parties customer satisfaction standards through efficient, courteous and service-oriented communication throughout all phases of the delivery
process
