In order to qualify you must have graduated from an accredited Academy with at least 120 hours of course study within the last 2 years.
Training pay is $650 per week, just for your first 30 days. In training you must be able to stay OTR with your trainer for the first 30 days. Like basic training in the military you'll have no home time during training.
After training you'll take 2-5 days off to unwind. Then you will sit down with your terminal manager. You'll then select a run that suits you and your family with different home times, depending on the run you choose.
We offer runs that get you home every 10-14 days. Many regional runs that get you home weekly for your days off. A few local runs that get you home daily. Don't plan on working locally when you first start. Those runs normally go to experienced drivers first.

If you live within our hiring area, you could be the perfect dedicated driver to add to our team! Some of the best parts of being a dedicated driver are getting home for a 34 hour reset each week, and driving an average of 1500 miles per week.
In addition to mileage pay, you'll earn $250 to unload the trailers. As a bonus, you will receive $125 weekly, for the required three unloads. That's around $1,725 per week every week and up to $126,000 annually.!
As part of the dedicated team, you'll run freight to various stores and hand unloading the trailer.
A trailer can have anywhere between 1 -6 stops. Our delivery area includes VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV - all within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center. 100% of freight will be live unloaded at stores.
Runs will include nights, weekends, and holidays that fall within your workweek. We require a min of 3 loads a week.
If you choose to join the team, you'll go through a short orientation to help get you started on the right foot. And you'll get paid to do it. You'll attend at least 2 full shadow runs, to learn the unload process. This pays $150 per day.

Bike to the Beach is looking for help executing their cycling event for autism and disabilities. The position will help drive equipment to locations and help set-up/take-down equipment. Most sites will require carrying tables, coolers, chairs, etc. The event would need support on Friday, July 29th from 3:30am-9:00pm, with a few hours of break time in the middle at the beach from 1-4pm. The event begins in Baltimore, MD and ends in Dewey Beach, DE. The individual hired will be driving a 26 ft Box Truck along the route from Baltimore, over the Bay Bridge and out to Dewey Beach, then they will drive the truck back to Baltimore, MD
