+ Loads and unloads trucks, or helps others with loading/unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicle and other equipment a necessary.

Position Purpose
The Box TruckDriver is responsible for ensuring timely deliveries of building materials to job sites, managing inventory in the warehouse, and providing excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities
Driving Duties
:
Operate a 16-24 foot box truck to deliver cabinets and building materials to local customers and job sites.
Plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Load and unload cabinets and materials in a safe and organized manner.
Verify accuracy of deliveries, ensuring all materials match the delivery orders.
Maintain delivery logs and report any delays, accidents, or issues with deliveries.
Perform routine inspections of the truck, ensuring it is in good working condition (checking fluid levels, tires, lights, etc.).
Comply with all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws.
Warehouse Duties
:
Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking building materials in the warehouse.
Prepare orders for delivery or pick-up, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred but not required).
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
Assist customers with picking up materials from the warehouse when needed.
Performs additional tasks as may be assigned.
Knowledges, Skills and Abilities
Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
Essential Functions:
