Key Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, stone, asphalt, and milling debris between job sites. Support grading, excavation, mainline pipe installation, processed water, milling, and paving operations by hauling materials as needed. Load and unload materials while ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to legal load limits. Follow assigned haul routes and traffic laws, adhering to company safety policies and DOT regulations. Inspect trucks daily for safety and mechanical issues, performing basic maintenance checks. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, equipment operators, and project teams. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and material loads. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience operating a CDL B dump truck in heavy civil construction. Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record; CDL A is a plus. Experience hauling materials for site work, grading, excavation, mainline pipe, processed water, milling, or paving projects preferred. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, weight limits, and truck safety procedures. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Operation: Operate vac trucks and tanker trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Operate equipment related to vac trucks and tankers, ensuring proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. * Documentation: * Complete and submit all necessary paperwork, including pre-trip inspections, manifests, and expense reports.
