All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck. SIGN-ON BONUS Hired by January 5th, 2026 $2500 Essential Functions Maneuver tractor and trailers into loading/unloading positions, following signals from crew and ensuring safe positioning Pull trailers configured with tow bars or goosenecks as needed Load and unload trucks, operate special loading equipment, and assist others as required Secure equipment for transport using ropes, chains, binders, etc. Operate multi-axle trailers for heavy equipment transport Use GPS mapping effectively Work in all weather conditions Physical Requirements Lifting, crawling, pulling, frequent use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing Significant physical strength and stamina Key Behaviors Passionate, motivated, and open to growth and challenges.
