Responsibilities
As an Agent in Training, your core duties will include:
Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to overall agency growth
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals

Requirements
