Shipping Clerk The Shipping Clerk is responsible for overseeing the shipping operations of the facility, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. This role involves completing daily shipments on time, coordinating with shipping team members and other departments, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure that all outbound shipments meet company quality standards and comply with regulations. Preparation of shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, license plates, and customs paperwork. Delegate daily shipping assignments. Greet and assist visitors, vendors, contractors, customers and have them sign in accordingly. Address and communicate any shipping issues or delays.
