The Project Engineer is responsible for all plans and specifications, development of tracking logs, shop drawings, RFIs, POs, proposals, RFQs and other job specific documentation. (If OSFC job include OFSC policies and procedures). · Review for compliance with project contract documents, if compliance recommends approval to Project Manager and process all fieldwork change orders, requests for proposal, and request for information, as directed by the Project Manager. · Audit all contract pricing for accuracy and documentation compliance, with appropriate mark ups. Auditing must include a cross check of pricing with contract provided project estimates, estimating guides and any available internal resources.
