Manually load and unload product from end loader truck.
Provide support to greater Operations Team as needed.

Drivers are responsible for pre-inspection check on all vehicles driving; making sure all wheelchairs or any other devices are tied down properly; drive clients to and from destinations in a safe manner; must be able to communicate with clients, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding concerns and/or issues.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Drivers must perform; a pre-trip vehicle inspection on all vehicles assigned for the shift; perform a pre-trip inspection on all equipment such as wheelchair tie-down equipment, vehicle hydraulic wheelchair lift, and others; ensure all safety regulations and precautions are followed as required by
Federal safety regulations as well as company safety policies and procedures; communicate with local management team, passengers, company dispatch regarding operational issues or concerns; prepare and submit daily driver's log(s) and vehicle inspection report(s) at end of their shift.
Education & Training
High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license, commercial driver's license Class A or B with passenger endorsement. Valid CPR/First Aid card is preferred but not required.
Knowledge and Experience
Experienced driving corporate clients and paratransit vehicles are a plus. Must have a driver's license for at least five (5) years. No more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) at fault accident in the last three (3) years. Applicants must be familiar with using cellular phones, and navigating around areas using a GPS.

Ideal candidates should be self-motivated and responsible, have good communication skills, positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
Working Conditions
Drivers must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Driver must be able to assist clients transferring from wheelchair to chair and vice versa. Work schedule hours will vary Monday-Friday and include occasional Saturdays. Driver must be able to work extra hours and on weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
Driver must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, including but not limited to: lift up to 100 LBS, push and pull up to 200 LBS. Must be able to bend and pivot from waist, and be able to move from a standing position to kneeling position and back to standing.
