The Transportation Coordinator will be required to:
Utilize Microsoft Excel and our proprietary inventory management system to ensure proper paperwork is sent with each load and to help ensure the correct parts are sent at the proper time.
Work directly with our customers to ensure timely delivery of standard and HOT parts loads; as well as to help facilitate timely live unloads of product at multiple customer locations.
Track/Trace of all loads, deliveries and return trips.
Handle dispatching of drivers, driver concerns, pre and post trip driver notes, and coordinate with the appropriate parties regarding maintenance concerns.
Assist with tracking and reporting on some KPI/Metrics, including OTD.
Ensuring adherence to DOT regulations, safety rules and expectations, and federal, state and local laws.
Escalate concerns to the local CLI management team as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least 1 year of experience in leading and supervising a team, delegating tasks, and providing guidance.
At least 1-year of transportation operations experience.
General knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to multi-task, work with shifting demands, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Must be willing to work as a team with materials management, quality and operations.
