* Assist with development and analysis of identity data using advanced data science techniques. Help develop data quality measurement techniques.

* Independently manage the chosen project and provide the supervisor with periodic progress reports.
* Design an appropriate testing environment to measure applicability of the proposed methodology to the needs of the business unit and compare with alternative approaches, as appropriate.
* Create any software code necessary to produce findings.
* Carefully document all sources and research findings. Prepare a summary of findings in an internal white paper for senior management.
* Present summary of findings to research sponsors. Conduct training for other Associates as appropriate.

About your role:
As a Mainframe Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of mainframe systems. This role involves identifying performance bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and ensuring the efficient operation of critical business applications meet SLAs and KPIs.
What you'll do:
Conduct detailed analysis of mainframe performance metrics to identify areas for improvement as well as generating detailed reports on system performance and present findings to management while interpreting performance data and identify bottlenecks or problems.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, including tuning and configuration adjustments.

Experience you'll need to have:
10+ years' experience with the Mainframe.

Salary Range

The Role
