What You'll Bring:
Must be graduating by June 2027 or earlier and currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with Big Data Technologies including Apache Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, etc.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Strong written language skills and familiarity with technical documents such as data dictionaries and process flow diagrams. Able to write instructions and procedural documentation.
Experience in Linux command-line tools
Familiarity with interactive data visualization tools like Tableau.
Impact You'll Make:
Assist with development and analysis of identity data using advanced data science techniques. Help develop data quality measurement techniques.
Assist with developing a user interface, geared towards hundreds of data scientists who are using the Big Data platform, in finding various data assets and other capabilities within the platform.
Produce operational dashboards and reports to manage this critical Big Data platform.
Update and maintain internal web pages to track and report on data assets.
Maintain data dictionaries and prepare documentation of data analyses performed.
Analyze and evaluating new data assets TransUnion is interested in.

Impact You'll Make:
The Global Collections team manages TransUnion's order-to-cash process, including billing, payment reconciliation, and process standardization across multiple business units.
