This role is responsible for evaluating, optimizing and scaling operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role will report into our Client Services organization and work closely with product, engineering, customer success teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence within our fast-paced technology environment.
