WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM The Director, Enterprise Innovation sits within Tech Solutions and leads the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative product outcomes aligned with Bain's strategic priorities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, ensuring products meet business objectives through agile, iterative processes. The Director fosters collaboration with senior stakeholders, influences change, and builds strong cross-functional relationships. They are also responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Product Innovation Managers, driving adoption of best practices, and introducing new methodologies to enhance innovation efforts. A strong foundation in multi-disciplinary innovation and business acumen is essential for success in this role. U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below). Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range be included in job postings for open roles.
