Ability to follow Bruckner policy and procedures implied and expressed. Work with a minimum of supervision. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required: At least a minimum 9th grade education. Must have had some experience in the trade and able to know the proper products and tools required. Must be able to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors. Will have to maintain a professional appearance, and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner. Position requires interaction with others and the ability to move easily from one task to another. Due to the urgency of the various job tasks there will be some level of stress. PHYSCIAL DEMANDS Involves essential ability to pass a physical and drug screen. Must be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high. Must be able to work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
