You will have a sound technical understanding of various technologies used to deliver such projects, as well as common delivery standards and processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with the client, Design Builder, PCM teams, and third-party utilities or railroads, attend meetings, review project documents, report on discovered utility/railroad issues Report on discovered utility/railroad issues and participate in issue resolution Prepare status reports, maintain tracking log for issues and resolutions Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Have 7+ years of experience in the utility/railroad field Experience reviewing utility/railroad designs to ensure compliance with utility/railroad land rights and design standards Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), and the ability to speak knowledgeably with other consultants, stakeholders, other governmental agencies and individual citizens Strong organizational skills with the ability to track large data sets, and the ability to illustrate, analyze and convey those data sets effectively The ability to prepare technical correspondence and complete comprehensive reports; analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action; and collaboration skills for meeting established project goals and objectives The ability to identify potential land rights conflicts that could create delays for the project A general understanding of land survey principles, and the ability to read and plot legal descriptions A degree in engineering, business or law is preferred but not required.
