The Senior Growth Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing advanced analytical models, extracting insights from customer and campaign data, and shaping strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. This role partners closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to translate data into actionable strategies that power performance marketing, experimentation, and personalization. They act as the bridge between data science and marketing strategy, ensuring complex analysis is distilled into clear recommendations for business stakeholders. This role is critical in enabling smarter decision-making, campaign measurement, and uncovering new growth opportunities through predictive and behavioral modeling. This is a hybrid position working at our Orlando office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and remotely Thursday, Friday. How You'll Shine: Data Modeling & Predictive Analytics Build and maintain predictive and prescriptive models to support growth, customer segmentation, and retention strategies. Analyze historical data to forecast campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities. Ensure models are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. Data Strategy Provide guidance on how marketing and customer data should be structured and maintained for analytics and activation. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design frameworks for data governance, quality, and accessibility. Recommend optimizations to the overall marketing data ecosystem to support campaign effectiveness and personalization. Insights & Business Translation Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for Growth, Marketing, and Product teams. Travel Requirements 5-10% for global team integration, vendor management and leadership meetings. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related). 5+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related field. Strong ability to design and operationalize analytical models that inform marketing strategies required. Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and wrangling, with ability to work across large and complex datasets required. Skilled foundation in experimental design and analysis, including A/B testing, attribution, and forecasting methods. Proven success in translating complex analysis into clear business insights. Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with immediate business needs. Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning. Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) to deliver actionable insights. Familiarity with marketing data environments such as CDPs, CRMs, and campaign orchestration platforms. Understanding customer metrics (CAC, CLV, churn, retention) and how to apply them in growth and marketing contexts. Prior experience supporting growth or marketing teams preferred. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
