**How You'll Shine:**
As an Activities Associate, your job will literally be fun and games. Each day you'll organize and lead recreational activities to help guests enjoy their vacations and create lifelong memories with their family and friends. In coordination with the Activities Supervisor, you'll also operate all activity-related areas such as the movie theater, fitness center, pool and cabana, banquet rooms, and tanning rooms.

+ Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.

The Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer's doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. You are the magic behind the fulfillment warehouse experience. Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing product from our warehouse shelves, restocking and cycle counting inventory, or prepping and kitting special projects. Our associates should be ready to help any team within our warehouses that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, or wholesale.

Able to withstand constant physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
Able to be on your feet all day
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)
Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Able to work overtime
Constant exposure to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, weather, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment
