The Manager of AI Strategy is responsible for leading how AI capabilities are integrated across Brand, Communications, and Digital Marketing to enhance efficiency, creativity, and customer connection. This role defines the organization's approach to AI within marketing workflows, ensuring teams can move faster, scale personalization, and deliver stronger outcomes through data-driven insights and intelligent automation. The position plays a critical role in identifying where AI can streamline operations, elevate content production, and advance the overall effectiveness of our marketing ecosystem.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including SEO, Communications, Web Production, Creative, and Technology-to translate business needs into scalable AI use cases and ensure seamless adoption across channels. Responsibilities
Full ownership of executing a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy for World Travel Holding's owned cruise brands.
Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle: ideate, create, and publish a consistent stream of high-quality, engaging content tailored across each of the social media platforms.
Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution, with a clear goal of generating authentic, high-performing User-Generated Content (UGC).
Plan, deploy, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns for several owned cruise brands.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics. Use data to provide actionable insights.
Be perpetually curious and ahead of emerging platforms, trends, and algorithm changes, and proactively recommend new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated brand message.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing an online community.

* Facilitate the build, launch, and campaign delivery across all applicable channels including paid search, programmatic mobile & display, paid social media, native and online video ads

What You'll Bring:

+ Facilitate the build, launch, and campaign delivery across all applicable channels including paid search, programmatic mobile & display, paid social media, native and online video ads

How You'll Shine:
* Assist in campaign planning and strategy by conducting audits, gathering insights, and supporting the development of integrated marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (email, web, paid media, brand, analytics) to support coordinated campaign execution.
* Help maintain marketing briefs and campaign calendars to ensure alignment, organization, and timely delivery.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in developing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Support audience segmentation, testing, and personalization efforts to improve engagement and enhance the customer journey.
What You'll Bring:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
* Strong Communication skills
* Comfortable working with basic digital tools like Google Docs and Excel
* Interest in learning how different marketing channels work.
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous experience (class projects, part-time job, or internship) in marketing, research and writing preferred but not required
* Any exposure to digital tools, social media for brands, or basic analytics is a plus
* We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, asks questions, and is comfortable working with others.
* A positive attitude, willingness to try new things, and an interest in digital marketing or customer experience will help the intern succeed in this role.
